Pasitos de Luz is a FREE daycare for handicapped children: therapy, quality health care, meals, and daycare Mon through Sat. 
 
This event promises to be fantastic with Los Bambinos band, unique vendors, and loads of fun along the River Cuale. Open 12 PM to 7 PM.   www.elriobbq.com/images/Riverfest.jpg
 
50 pesos donation to get into the event.  Benefactor Tickets for 500 pesos each, with buffet from 3-5 PM provided by Barcelona Tapas.  Priority VIP seating and unlimited non-alcoholic beverages throughout the day.
